Shipping policy
We currently ship in the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii.
Ground shipping takes approximately 5-8 business days from the time of processing the order. Faster options are available for an additional cost. We will send you a notification when your order has shipped.
Returns and exchanges
To start a return, please contact us at returns@jetsetgear.com and we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please review our return policy here. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To start an exchange, please place a new order for the replacement item, then contact us at returns@jetsetgear.com and we can provide you a return label for the item you're exchanging.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We are so sorry to hear that. Please email photos of the box it arrived in, the damaged product, and your original order number to returns@jetsetgear.com. One of our team members will get you taken care of ASAP!
Unfortunately no. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
