Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Jetset Gear. We and the brands we represent feel confident that the products in our store are of the highest quality along with top functionality, and we hope you feel the same way. Sometimes, however, it happens that you decide to return the item you purchased. 

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original protective packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return:

1. Please send an email to returns@jetsetgear.com including your original order number and the item you wish to return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. Once you receive our response to your return request, please wrap your item carefully in its original protective packaging, preferably in the box you received the item in. Returned items that show any damage will not be fully refunded.

3. Returns must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. We accept any traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. You will be responsible for any shipping costs on returns.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
